At Ambi Divine, we strive to ensure every order meets our quality standards. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:

• You receive a faulty or defective product.

• You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.

Return Request Timeline

Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email diya@aumdivine.in with:

• Order Number

• Product photographs

• Description of the issue

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Incorrect product selection by the customer

• Minor color variations due to screen settings

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Customized or personalized products

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to review and approval by Ambi Divine. We may request additional information or photographs before approving a return.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
